Hey guys, I’m here to share a quick outfit that I recently purchased at Target for under $70!!!!  This gorgeous $35 flowy polka dot dress is by my favorite Target line ‘Who What wear’. The wrap up block heels are by Mossimo and were $32. The block heels are also an exact dupe for a Steve Madden pair that retail for $110!
