The wrap up block heels are by Mossimo and were $32. The block heels are also an exact dupe for a Steve Madden pair that retail for $110! Hi everyone, I’m pretty excited about this look for less post because I’m so into lace up shoes right now. Lace up flats are all the rage and these are pretty much the “heel” version of them. Many of my look for less posts feature something super expensive and a similar option for waaaaaaay less. This time my “expensive” option is actually mid priced, BUT I know $120 for heels is a lot to spend if you’re on a budget…..soooooo I found a similar pair priced at $35. If you can afford the $120 option- great! If not……I got you girl!

Fall weather is here- well not so much in Los Angeles- but for fashion’s sake let’s play pretend. Who doesn’t love Fall fashion? Boots, coats, scarves and BADASS heels!!!! During the cooler months when we are all bundled up, it’s the perfect time to step up your heel game. Often times your heels and bag are the main focus of your look during these months.

Lace up caged heels hit the fashion scene with a BANG last year and the hype hasn’t fizzled out. The sexy style is hotter than ever and every designer has their interpretation of the heel. What I love most about caged heels is that they can be worn with anything from boyfriend jeans to LBDs! A while back, I found a tan pair that are super sexy but they hurt my feet after about 30 minutes( I still wear them of course) BUT I recently found a pair that ARE comfortable! They are available in black, white and blush- I opted for black. I realized that they are so comfortable because the sole is padded and there is a zipper at the heel of the shoe in addition to adjustable laces on the front! With all of this adjusting available, the comfort level is amazing! Yay for cute & comfy!

I love boots in all forms, but I am especially fond of the ankle-ish height of the “bootie”. I love how they can be worn year round and in many ways. This shorter sister to the traditional boot can be thrown over leggings, worn with shorts and dresses. Jeans can be tucked into, bunched up or rolled above them. The possibilities are endless!
