Frye boots have been around for a long time and although they’ve never gone out of style, they have spikes in popularity and right now is one of those times. The campus boot 👢 in banana color is hot right now and at a price point of $498, they’re not accessible to most people. I’ve seen some similar styles before for less, but have recently found a VERY close dupe for under $70. These are the closest dupes I’ve seen yet! Happy Shopping!
Fall is right around the corner and it’s time to embrace your Fall manicure color palette. The aesthetic includes red, burgundy, deep brown, and even black…but one color reigns supreme when it comes to Fall manis- Chanel Vamp aka Rouge Noir! This blood red-almost black shade was all the rage in the 90’s and hasn’t ever really died down since it’s mid 90’s peak. The color was hard to come by at the time, and has since been duped by many nail polish brands. My favorite dupe is Essie Wicked, I cannot tell the difference when it’s side by side with Rouge Noir- it’s that good! With a price point of $10 vs the $32 Chanel version, it’s a must have in your Fall rotation.

Roger’s Gardens is a family owned home and garden wonderland in Newport Beach, California. The grounds are filled with flowers, trees, plants, fountains, pottery and buildings that house more plants, furnishings and collectables. It’s like a huge indoor/outdoor gift shop with the cutest, unique stuff. From books to candles to cards to perfume, I wanted everything!!!! You can walk the grounds for hours just looking at the scenery and shopping. There are stations where you make your own arrangements, pot your own plants, and my favorite- a butterfly tree, where you write a wish on a wooden butterfly and tie it to the tree.

The cherry on top of it all is an amazing restaurant situated overlooking the lower gardens! The restaurant, Farmhouse, is beautifully chic with covered outdoor seating complete with a gazebo. It’s stunning and the farm to table food is so good. I feel like we went at the perfect time, the reservation was at 2:30 and then we walked around the gardens after. We were there until they closed at 6 but could’ve easily walked around longer because it was that pretty. I bought a milk weed plant and a small coffee table book. Overall, I loved it and can’t wait to go back, especially during holidays, they are known to go all out with their decor for Halloween and Christmas.
I’m just going to get right to the point, because you need to click on the link before these slippers sell out! They’re so cozy, come in a bunch of colors, and are currently the lowest price I’ve ever seen. Most are $15, but some are $10!!!! Now’s the time to stock up!
Let me start by saying that I love all things pink. I love any and every shade of the pretty color but I’m partial to blush. Blush pink is so soft and feminine, looks great on all skin tones, and goes with everything…..which led me to a year-long search for the prettiest sheer pink nail polishes.
Starting with the sheerest of them all, Essie Sugar Daddy is like your nails, only better. This color looks like you have really healthy nails- think nude with a hint of pink.
Next up, a slightly pinker -but still not too pink color is Essie Mademoiselle. It is sheer just like Sugar daddy but can build (2-3 coats) to a pretty milky pink.
Lastly, this super shiny pink(slightly more pink than the others) is OPI Passion. This color is similar to the others and can be built up just like mademoiselle can be.
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, I found a heart shaped dutch oven that is a dupe for the very pricey Le Creuset version. Both are gorgeous, but the Le Creuset version will set you back $200. I recently found the cutest combat boots for under $50 and will be wearing them all Fall and Winter long. Combat boots are versatile and can be worn with jeans, dress, shorts and more. I chose the heeled version, but there is also a flat version available.

As a southern California native, I’ve always heard about the Carlsbad flower fields. They bloom every Spring and thousands of people visit to experience the magical rows of ranunculus(My favorite flower) as well as other flowers. I finally made my way down to the San Diego area and visited the flower fields and was not disappointed. There were flowers as far as I could see, it was so beautiful. If you get a chance, the flower fields make the perfect Springtime day trip. Let me know in the comments if you’re planning to visit.

I was recently introduced to 90 degree by Reflex leggings from my friend Nicole (Nicole Cripe Style). I have plenty of leggings and figured I didn’t need another pair, until I saw the price. They were $20!!! So I gave them a try and figured I could return them if they didn’t work out. Turns out, they’re AMAZING! I read the reviews and noticed a lot of comments saying that they ran small, so I ordered a size larger than normal and they fit perfectly. They’re not see through and are so flattering and the high waist band is smooth and doesn’t roll down. I can’t stop wearing them and am going to order a second pair, with the side pocket for my phone. I am beyond happy with these leggings.
