Find Your Nude!
19 MarIf you’ve read my What Do I Wear With That? section featured on this blog, then you already know that I feel every woman needs a nude heel- A wedge or flat always work too. Nude shoes literally match EVERYTHING, When I can’t find a shoe to match my ensemble, I always turn to my nude shoes to pull the outfit together. It’s practically like your barefoot and they elongate the legs as well which is a plus. With that being said I think it’s great to find a nude that is similar to your skin tone for a nice fluid look.

Rachel Zoe’s New Gig!
8 JanToday in Los Angeles Rachel Zoe was named Shoe Dazzle’s Chief stylist. The already busy stylist has been appointed the position at the popular online footwear company. The companies CEO and co-founder Brian Lee (Kim Kardashian is also a co-founder) wanted to take things to the next level when he decided to bring Zoe on board. He is depending on her well-known expertise of fashion trends to grow the company even further. The Santa Monica, Calif-based company has over 14 million members and has seen its revenues climb since its 2009 launch. The company provides “personal styling” and shoe selection based upon users personal style and preferences, somewhat of a “hand-picked for you” feel at affordable price.

L.K. Bennett expanding in U.S.
29 MarL.K. Bennett opened a store in NYC this week. It’s kind of a big deal. The first ever U.S. store opened on Chicago’s Madison Avenue last Spring and they’ve been popping up ever since, so far there are five other shops around the country but this NYC debut is really going to turn the fashion house into a household name. Until last year many Americans never even heard of L.K. Bennett , but that’s changing fast! Founded in London in 1990, L.K. Bennett is a luxury women’s fashion brand offering ready to wear, handbags, and accessories but is renowned for its signature sexy yet sophisticated shoe collections and has been an insider favorite of the British Royals for years. Kate Middleton shot the brand to stardom when she wore their wedges the day after her wedding and has been photographed hundreds of times in the nude “sledge”pump she made famous. The S/S 2012 collection is my favorite so far, Below are some images of my favorite styles. Prices range from $150-$600 available at select Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom and L.K. Bennett stores.

27 MarI thought this list would be easy to compile, but it took some thinking, thinking about rainy days, work, sunshine, date night, baby showers, drinks with the girls,running errands and daily life as a whole. If I had to throw away ALL but 10 shoes (tearing up just thinking about it) these would be the 10 I would have to KEEP! Here we go….
