In real life 24-year-old model, Jennie Runk is average sized, but in the modeling world, she’s considered plus sized. The 5’10” size 12/14 beauty is the star of H&M’s Summer swimwear campaign- the first for a plus sized model. H&M does have a plus sized collection and uses plus sized models but they have never gone into bathing suit territory with anybody larger than a size 6. Turns out- people like it and they like it a lot!!!! There has been a positive outpouring of support in regards to this latest campaign and that’s a step in the right direction as far as I’m concerned. Women come in all shapes sizes and it’s great seeing representation for all of us. Below are some images from the campaign.
