Outfit Of The Day!
14 DecHi everyone! Since I’ve started this blog 9 months ago I have gotten hundreds of emails, comments etc. regarding outfit of the day posts and pictures. A lot of you like how I do not feature outfit of the day posts and that the focus of this blog is NOT ME and tons of pictures of me me me! However many of you have asked to see more pictures of me and would like me to share outfit of the day posts. Let me just say that I have always intended this blog to be more about YOU than ME but have come to a compromise that I hope most of you will think is fair. I will start doing OOTD posts but they will be more like outfit of the week posts……I’ll try to do one OOTD post per week so you can get a peek into my closet without it going overboard.
So…..Here it goes…..my second outfit of the day (actually night) post! (first one was on instagram) I love my cold Cold rainy day gear!

Baroque Trend! Do You Dare?
11 SepOk ok I’m breaking from my Spring/Summer 2013 NYFW coverage to talk about this trend that is HOT right now for Fall! The question is…..will you wear it? I may try it but I’m a bit scared. The baroque style brings so many things to mind……17th century, opulence, luxury, royalty, gold, DRAMA! With plenty of elaborate details and wild ornamentation this trend can seem difficult to pull off, I think the right person CAN though. Like any fashion lover I would DIE for a Balmain jacket, but that may be the only baroque piece I would wear or is it????? Hmmmmmm, While I’m not completely closed off to the notion, I’d just have to find the right piece, something that speaks to my heart. A jacket or a clutch???? Maybe a T? or Jeans?

Farewell Mint…….
2 SepI love pastels and adore wearing light and fun colors all Spring and Summer long. This past Spring/Summer was no different I wore pastels like crazy but I wore the hell out of MINT!!!!!!! I LOVE ALL THINGS MINT! I really had a love affair with the robin’s egg hue! Now that Summer is coming to an end…..I am sad to say goodbye to my beloved mint pieces as I move on and embrace my “darker” side for Fall/Winter. I’m not saying I’ll be totally mintless…..there are days where I will wear it I’m sure……….but I won’t be wearing mint whenever possible like I have for the last 6 months.
Mint…..I will always love you and perhaps next Spring we will pick up where we left off.

Levi’s Opens Flagship Store in Paris
12 MayLevi’s Parisian flagship store has opened it’s doors on the Champs-Élysées. The huge three story space offers all things Levi’s complete with an in house tailor (1 0f only 4 in the world). The store has a vintage and industrial vibe that includes sustainable design integrated into every aspect of the store from the electrics and lighting to the ventilation. Offering bespoke denim, the Curve ID collection and vintage reissues of old favorites this taste of “America” on one of the most prestigious shopping streets in Paris is sure to be a hit.
