The Ultimate Fall Heel!
21 JulThe annual Anniversary Sale is in full swing right NOW at Nordstrom stores across the country and online as well ! The sale is held each July and has become legendary among Nordstrom customers nationwide who take advantage of savings on new fall merchandise before the season starts. I look forward to this sale all year-long and my store visit was a total success. I was able to score on baby gift, a couple of really cute rings and a dress but my favorite score of all was these HOT Sam Edelman ‘Darla’ heels. They have a pointed toe with a V cutout to show just enough toe cleavage and have a triple ankle strap with two of the three straps featuring studded detail! I really wanted both colors but with the help of my Facebook and Instagram followers, I opted for the burgundy & black because I already have far too many black heels and thought a little color wouldn’t hurt, and the rich red color is PERFECT for Fall! The heels are available HERE and will go back up to regular price on August 5.

5 MarAs you all know, I love a great handbag! Handbags complete your look and carry your “life” around for you! What more can a woman want? Once in a while a handbag comes around that has quality construction and is accessible to most budgets! Handbag designer Joy Gryson’s line IIIBeca is exactly that! Not a single bag in the collection is over $200- talk about accessible! I might be going out on a limb here when I say this, but these bags can hang with Hermès and Valextra creations in my opinion! ( Go ahead….google Valextra bags right now) The craftsmanship is impeccable and the clean, classic silhouettes are timeless! You will own these bags for a loooooong time! 1 JanHi everyone, here is another OOTD post as promised!
I can’t get enough of this dress-it’s perfect for sunny December days that are slightly chilly (weird CA weather). The boots are also my go to Fall/Winter flat boot. I wear them with dresses and pants and they are super comfy and the perfect shade of brown. Lastly the bag is sooooooo cute, and it gets mistaken for Chanel almost every time I leave the house with it!

The Original Stylish Crossbody Bag

Since the original Cambridge Satchel was introduced in 2008 it’s been a cult favorite among the fashion crowd, bloggers went absolutely crazy for it. The academic silhouette a la book bag style can be dressed up or dressed down and the cross body style is perfect if you need your hands free to shop etc. It’s a perfectly stylish mom bag for that reason. Made in the UK, these bags come in a variety of sizes and colors including metallic, neon and pastels. I consider this bag a MUST HAVE in your collection. The Cambridge Satchel Co. has a variety of bags available and they also have a great clearance section that includes bags with slight flaws that are noted.
Cambridge bags are very reasonably priced and very well made bag (usually $120-$220) If you don’t already own one of these timeless bags, I suggest you make it happen. You will be glad you did!
…but don’t you fret if that’s out of your budget……Steve Madden makes a very similar buckled bag for about half the price and it’s on sale at Nordstrom!!!!! YAY!
