Fall is in full swing and I got quite a few questions about my bold lips in my Instagram post a few days ago.
The lip color is called Brazen berry and it’s under $8!! The gorgeous shade is a magenta meets purple and it’s the perfect satin finish to compliment your Fall looks!

Fall is officially here y’all and I’m so excited to wear richer colors, layers and gorgeous textures. Fall makeup looks are some of my favorite hands down and beautiful lipstick is a staple for me during the fall. I’ve chosen my favorites and linked them below. I will list them from lowest $ to highest $$.

Wet n Wild Cherry frost 514A $1. Super pigmented silky red with a slight shimmer .
NYX Lala $3.99. Creamy mauve/Plum.
Maybelline Brazen Berry $7. Pretty purple meets magenta.
MAC Rebel $17. My favorite lip color of all time is a beautiful bold berry.
MAC Girl About town $17. The perfect bright fuchsia.
Summer is a great time to embrace color in your makeup regimen. Although I prefer going minimal on my makeup during the warmest months, I do enjoy a pop of color on my lips. For my day to day summer looks, I usually skip eyeshadow and only wear tinted moisturizer, a touch of blush and some mascara! If I’m not wearing my go to nude lip gloss, I opt for one of these 5 colors below!
Most are pinks, one is a purple and one is a coral. These colors look great on all skin tones so DON’T BE SCARED of some color in your life!
Girl About Town by MAC $16 – Besides ‘Rebel'( which I wear religiously during the Fall/ Winter months) ‘Girl about Town’ is my favorite MAC color EVER EVER EVER! It is such a pretty fuchsia pink!
Candy Yum Yum by MAC $16– this color may seem risky for some, but this hot pink adds instant POW to your look!
FireBall Butter Lipstick by NYX $6– This color is NOT true to tube which is great because it looks reddish at first, but goes on as a beautiful coral color!
Brazen Berry by Maybelline $6– This beautiful berry color is a pretty purple that everyone can pull off. Also, be sure to Google Pantone color of the year, this lipstick IS an exact match to radiant orchid!
Vivid Rose by Maybelline $6– Think perfect pink. This bright(but not too bright) pink is perfect all Summer long!

Every year Pantone also known as the authority on color announces the “color of the year” and this year it’s a lovely purplish/fuschia hue they call Radiant Orchid.
As with any trend, a great way to get involved is to start with makeup. Everyone can afford a lipstick or a nail polish and it’s not as risky as wearing a dress or a coat in that hue if you’re not that into color. Below are some fun makeup products to shop that will get you right into this trend!

Eyeliner $19 I own so many of these Urban Decay 24/7 eye liners and they are some of the BEST on the market. They really do last 24 hours and are highly pigmented.
Shadow pot$19 While we’re on the subject of pigment, Urban Decay has the most pigmented shadows EVER! They are by far my favorite eyeshadow brand!
Shadow palette$8 Affordable alternative. NYX products provide great bang for your buck! I love their shadows and REALLY love all of their lip products!
Nail Polish$8 Not into”color” on your face? Rock it on your nails!!!!!
Last week on Instagram I posted a picture of my matching lipstick and nails! I got so many questions about the colors, so here is the information! The lipstick is a gorgeous purple/fuchsia color by the name of Brazen Berry by Maybelline. Last week while I was checking out at Forever 21, I saw this nail polish that seemed quite close to this lipstick and for less than three bucks I decided to take the risk and hope they matched! It turned out they were identical! Yay!!

When I realized they are all under $20, I had to feature them in my next FFF post!!!!! As of late, I have quite a few new readers and I just want to say WELCOME and thank you for stopping by my blog! I do Fabulous Friday finds every Friday and all products featured are never more than $20! Let’s get to it shall we.
Here are my top 5 Fall lip colors, 4 of which are lipsticks and one has a wand applicator. There is also a bonus lip balm that I can’t live without lately!
1.NYX lipstick in LALA. $4 available HERE. This color is a creamy taupe hue with hints of pink.
2. NYX soft matte lip cream in San Paulo$6 available HERE. I love this brick-red meets terra-cotta color. This is one of my all time favorite lip products a cross between lipstick and lip stain it dries matte and stays on FOREVER!!!!!
3. Maybelline lipstick in Brazen Berry $7.50 available HERE. This is the prettiest creamy purple color I have ever seen! It also smells pretty too.
4.MAC lipstick in Rebel $15 available HERE. I’ve been wearing this color for years, it is a perfect deep berry color and is also available in lip glass(shiny)
5. Wet ‘n Wild lipstick in #552A $1 available HERE. This perfect red wine hue has a slight metallic sheen to it, but not too much. and for $1- YES $1 what’s not to love!

I had to limit my finds to 5 BUT I can’t live without Maybelline Baby Lips lately. Think of it as Lip smackers for grown ups. They smell sooooooooo yummy and are very moisturizing with a slight tint of color.
