Tassel Tops (Under $20)

I have really been into off the shoulder tops lately and my favorite is a pretty white top with rainbow tassels! It is so cute! I found it on Sheinside.com and there were quite a few other tassel tops on the website as well. I hadn’t even heard of She Inside until about 2 years ago, but I’m glad I did because it’s kind of like an online forever 21 with tons of very affordable and trendy pieces.
