If you don’t have a plaid scarf in your wardrobe, you better get on it asap. The plaid scarf as well as the oversized blanket scarf version are EVERYWHERE right now! Thy can be thrown on with a t-shirt or worn over your sweaters and heavy coats. Any way you want to wear them, plaid scarves are a must during the cooler months ahead. I’m back with another Lipstick list for y’all! I usually do one for Spring/Summer and one for Fall/Winter. A color that I do wear year round is nude so YES you will recognize my nude lip choice. From berries to fuchsias to reds, these colors will complete all of your Fall looks flawlessly! Let’s get to it shall we?

As many of you who follow me on Instagram already know…..I’m crazy for cobalt!!!!!!! I love the beautifully rich hue and I’ve been wearing my favorite cobalt accessories with everything! I simply can’t get enough! The great thing about cobalt is it goes great with your summer looks as well as your Fall/Winter looks. I love it year round- it’s pretty much like red! I’m so excited to have received my very first Vince Camuto handbag and will be wearing it all year round. This gorgeous bag comes in a variety of colors, but I opted for black and white. I absolutely love black and white anything and this bag can be worn with burgundy in the Fall and peach in the Spring. Black and white is complimentary to most colors. The great thing about Vince Camuto bags is that they are beautifully designed( they are reminiscent of Reed Krakoff bags) are very well constructed. in fact, they are so well made that I was shocked at how reasonably priced these bags are- I mean they are not $40 bags, but they are also not unattainable like many designer bags are unfortunately. If you’re on a budget, this bag is worth saving for, but you won’t have to save long! Check out the bag below, I hope you love it as much as I do 🙂

Fun fun fun over at DKNY! Of the 55 looks sent down the runway, over half were worn by real New Yorkers including local artists, DJ’s and skateboarders! How cool is that?! I loved this street chic collection! How about that blue houndstooth?!
Jason Wu brought it with this collection! The dark color palette is perfect for Fall! The Pewter, burgundy, Jet black and emerald pieces are so beautiful! The T strap pumps are great too!
Casual chic updos and minimal makeup were pretty!
Alexander Wang’s main strength was definitely outerwear. The coats in this collection were nothing short of amazing. There were so many gorgeous button and pocket details! The stiff side swept hair and the “no eyebrow” look created an androgynous feel that left me wanting more.
Fanny packs again!
Jill Stuart’s collection was feminine and flirty. I couldn’t get enough of the sparkles and textures!!!!!!! The models “undone” hair and fresh faces were beautiful as well. So pretty!

New York fashion week is here!!!!!!!! The fashion fiasco will run through February 13th and will showcase many designer 2014 Fall/Winter collections. These collections will be featured on the runway and in special presentations for buyers, editors and fashion lovers alike. I will be sharing my designer favorites as the week progresses. Today I’m sharing BCBG! I Love the emphasis on lengthy silhouettes with boots and the use of many great textures.

Last week on while on my “treatyoself” binge, I treated myself to this Gap sweater among other things. This sweater is super lightweight, which is great for these warm California winters. It also has cute elbow patch detail and a great high low hem!
