Rumors and pictures have been swirling around the web for a week or so of Lady Gaga in a pretty pale purple Versace dress. The picture is gorgeous and the rumors are true. The Versace camp confirmed that the 27 year mega star is the face of their Spring 2014 ad campaign. The pictures released so far reveal a fresh-faced lady gaga with long blonde hair- a look very reminiscent of a young Donatella Versace. The ads will begin appearing in magazines in January of next year.

I love this collection!!!!! I love all the beautiful silhouettes, belts, glorious floral prints and use of dark denim. The hair and makeup were pretty amazing and were so well executed! Michael Kors definitely brought it today! Bravo!

Where do I begin? Last night’s MTV Music Awards fashion was all over the place! Many looks were age inappropriate, venue inappropriate, crazy, or all of those things rolled into one! I did however manage to find a few looks that I liked!

Well, I’m back with an update of sorts! The time has come people….in three days we can all get our hands on the entire 120 piece makeup collection that Jacobs has created and that will be sold exclusively at Sephora and select Marc Jacobs stores!!!!! Jacobs has left no stone unturned with his debut brand. There will be products for eyes, lips and face including brushes!
Last month, Jacobs gave us a glimpse of what was to come when he released a sneak peek prelaunch of five products in sleek packaging on sephora.com. Most items have since sold out and the reviews are amazing!
One product keeps coming up time and time again! I haven’t stopped hearing great things about his liquid eyeliner calligraphy style “pen” called the Magic Marc’er. Priced at $30 rumor has it, it’s worth every penny and unlike any other eyeliner on the market. The intense blacker than black formula dubbed Blaquer is waterproof, non- fading, non-transfering and provides a precise line everytime! The reviews speak for the product! Paris fashion house Lanvin’s creative director Alber Elbaz has teamed up with lancome on a 9 piece collection that’s all about the eyes! When this collaboration was announced earlier this year, makeup lovers went into a panic of sorts, just waiting to get their hands on the collection! Months later, I’ve been able to try these products and let me just say that they live up to the hype, namely the 4 eyeshadow palettes. These palettes have such pretty hues and the color payoff is amazingly, pigment for days! My favorite is the mint Jolie( a palette of gorgeous greens). Also in the collection are false lashes and mascara as well. The great news is the colors are here to stay although the special edition packaging is not, so if you’re a package junky, you may want to get your hands on this collection ASAP.
