Spring has sprung and I’m sharing my favorite bright and cheery nail color with you guys. The color is Lounge lover by Essie and is a pretty peachy/coral hue.
It’s not overly bright in a tacky way, it’s actually very feminine and pretty. It also looks amazing on all skin tones. Shop Essie polish HERE.

I’ve been using highlighters for a while now and have tried many but have come to love Mac Mineralize skin finish in the shade soft & gentle.
It is my holy grail highlighter! I use it down the center of my nose, cupids bow, chin and upper cheekbones for a beautiful glow. I love makeup and a great bargain just as much as the next girl. So it should be no surprise that I’ve been head over heels for NYX for a couple of years now! NYX has great formulas and even better prices. I have many NYX products, but have a trio that I rarely stray away from. Matte bronzer, the curve eyeliner and butter gloss lip color. These products are all under $15 and are amazing!!!!!!!
The Curve Eyeliner: This felt tip liner is so precise and you can choose a thick or thin application depending on how you hold the product- really cool for a shaky handed girl like myself.
Butter Gloss: This formula is amazingly smooth- so similar to the much higher priced NARS lip gloss that I haven’t purchased since discovering butter gloss.
Matte Bronzer: I am a big fan of highlight and contouring and prefer matte bronzer. This is NOT orangey like many bronzers can be and it goes on perfectly!
One of the biggest statement making accessories in your wardrobe is your NAILS!!!!! Nail color can change the entire vibe of an outfit and make you feel polished(no pun intended) and pretty!!!!! The greatest thing about this fabulous “accessory” is that everyone can afford a bottle of nail polish! I wear drug store brands as well as designer and everything in between. The polishes I will be featuring in this post are all by Essie are around $8 which I think is mid ranged, HOWEVER there are many more affordable options like wet’ n wild and small sample polishes at your local beauty shops.
