Look For Less! Really Really less! (Metallic Pumps)
7 MayJust in case you’ve been sleeping under a rock- metallic pumps are HUGE for Spring & Summer, namely silver. I did a post on the blingy beauties a couple of weeks back and decided today to go to target to purchase their Vivian heel for $29.99 which is an amazing price considering that the Jimmy Choo version retails for $625 and the “affordable” alternative J.Crew version retails for $255, so if you’ve been wanting to try this trend and you’re on a budget, now’s the time! Run to your local Target store.
My Target visit started with me being so bummed that I didn’t find the pump I came for, then quickly turned to pure JOY when I took a look in the clearance section and there they were for $8.98!!!!!!!!! I was more than fine with the $29.99 price but this was such a pleasant surprise that I wasn’t going to argue with! On trend heels for under $10 including tax- I had to refrain from doing cartwheels out of the store!

Let me also add that this Target photo does these heels no justice, they look quite dull when in reality, they are super metallic and shiny! I literally just left target and all I have is an iPhone pic, but you can see that they are indeed shiny!

19 MarIf you’ve read my What Do I Wear With That? section featured on this blog, then you already know that I feel every woman needs a nude heel- A wedge or flat always work too. Nude shoes literally match EVERYTHING, When I can’t find a shoe to match my ensemble, I always turn to my nude shoes to pull the outfit together. It’s practically like your barefoot and they elongate the legs as well which is a plus. With that being said I think it’s great to find a nude that is similar to your skin tone for a nice fluid look.

13 JanThe time has come……another Target designer collaboration is upon us! We’ve known about this one for a while but now we have pictures to drool over! Let me start by saying this one will BE BIG…..Missoni big! The collection is very wallet friendly ($14.99 for earrings–$199 for a leather jacket) and the pieces are super cute with a feminine aesthetic that includes a palette of bright colors, florals and some color blocking. Although the collection is launching mid Winter, it is oh -so Spring!!!! There are pieces for everyone including separates, dresses, shoes and accessories. Mark your calendars now, seriously!
