Happy Fall Ya’ll! Today I’m taking FULL advantage of the temp dropping below 70!!!!! I live in sunny southern California so it’s pretty much still Summer here! These boots go with everything and have looked brand new since the day I bought them which was years ago! They will last you a lifetime. Today my friends, marks the end of an era. 16 years after launching ready to wear for Louis Vuitton, Creative Director Marc Jacobs announced his departure from the iconic fashion house after today’s Spring ’14 show in Paris. Let’s give credit where credit is due! Louis Vuitton was mostly known for handbags and trunks before Jacobs stepped into the picture. He literally made louis Vuitton the “fashion” brand that it is today. I mean, he single handedly reinvented the designer collaboration!!! Hello Takashi Murakami!!!! I was on a 6 month waiting list for my black rainbow Speedy bag! This really is a sad sad day in fashion:( I absolutely loved how Marc took the reins and ran with them and never looked back or cared what anybody had to say- in turn he helped Louis Vuitton experience their most profitable years to date! Jacobs will focus on his own fashion lines with his “spare time”.
Bravo Marc!!!!! You were ALL THAT and then some!

Hey there lovelies……I’ve been so wrapped up in Paris fashion week!!! It’s half over and it has been just as amazing as I anticipated it would be! The collections are beautiful, edgy and everything in between! Here is a roundup of some of my favorite runway moments and looks thus far!
Metallic, shimmer, silk and lame’ at the Lanvin show. Very rock ‘n roll!
Sexy glam and plenty of chain detail, bomber jackets, quilted leather, tweed and denim at the Balmain show, very reminiscent of 90’s Chanel.
Feminine silhouettes, leather, ruffles and lace at the Isabel Marant show.
Today is the first day of Paris fashion Week!!!! It started in New York followed by London then Milan and now PARIS!!!!! Fashion “month” is a series of 4 fashion weeks held in 4 different fashion capitals of the world. It happens every year, twice a year( once to show Fall/Winter collections and again to show Spring/ Summer collections). I love American designers so New York fashion week is always closest to my heart but I look forward mostly to Paris fashion week…… I mean we are talking about the “motherland” when it comes to fashion. Some of the most iconic fashion houses hail from France! Hello Chanel and Dior!!!!!! HUGE names with huge history will be bringing it on the runway for the next 9 days! and I am so excited!!!!!!!! I’m looking forward to so many shows, it’s bananas!!!!! Oh the anticipation!!!!! Fabulous fashion moments will include Alexander Wang showing his second collection for Balenciaga and Sarah Burton showing the Alexander McQueen collection on an actual runway as opposed to last year’s presentation!
Balmain, Dior, Chanel, Isabel Marant, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Chloe, Givenchy, Kenzo, Mui Mui, Valentino, Stella McCartney, Lanvin, Hermes and more!!!!! OH EM GEEEEE! People if that’s not an amazing lineup, I don’t know what is!!!!!!
Last year’s unforgettable Louis Vuitton S/S’13 escalator moment!

Milan Fashion Week is coming to an end and the Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2014 collection was an AMAZING way to wrap up the week! It was the usual flamboyant yet feminine collection that the talented design duo always brings us. Flowers, lace and intricate embellishments were everywhere…… and the golden finale was breathtaking!!! This was hands down my favorite collection from Milan fashion week!
